Pilot application of the Water Sensitive City (WSC) Index in India

Pilot application of the Water Sensitive City (WSC) Index in one city in India
The WSC Index is used globally to benchmark performance against a range of urban water indicators, enabling insights into where action is needed to improve water management. Applying the Index in Kolkata would catalyse stakeholders around innovative action for a liveable, productive, resilient and sustainable urban community.
As part of the Australia Alumni Grant Scheme (AAGS), the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) High Commission in India has provided a grant to Alluvium International and The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) to pilot application of the Water Sensitive City (WSC) Index in one city in India.
